For as long as I can remember, I’ve successfully watched my weight and exercised. With kids, a job, and church, “Engagement” was a no-brainer, at least until I retired. But these “keys” were not enough to stop the scary mental incidents that happened several times in my early 60’s. Those experiences, along with my husband’s bout with sepsis, birthed my passion for brain health. I was already a certified wellness coach, but I narrowed my focus, went back to school, and became a certified brain health professional, learning all I could to nip mental confusion in the bud! Now I’m committed to passing on all I’ve learned to you – and it starts with learning what you’re presently doing – and not doing – to protect your brain.
